Being a commercial space, this building needed to stand out amongst others. Use of stone cladding and suitable lighting gives the building a sense of uniqueness which was essential for this building to stand out.

The motive of the design is to bring tibet country feel to the students who come to shop, plaed ywith terracotta jaali and glass blocks to bring traditional style and wall painting.
